The Uffizi Gallery

It’s the oldest European museum and one of the most important in the world: a chronological and stylistic peer through the most representative works of the Medieval Tuscan painting (the Maestà by Giotto, the Annunciation by Simone Martini and the Adoration of the Magi by Gentile da Fabriano), and the Renaissance masterpieces like the Spring and the Birth of Venus by Botticelli, the Annunciation by Leonardo and the Doni Tondo by Michelangelo, his only tempera painting on a moveable support.
